Thursday, May 7 — 11:30 p.m. Central Time

According to a Pew Research Center report published in April 2015, about 62 percent of Americans who own smartphones have used those phones to research a health condition in the past year. That’s more than the percentage of people who reported searching for educational materials, hunting for jobs or even banking online using smartphones.

What does this massive shift to mobile computing mean for healthcare? And what can you do to ensure that you and your patients benefit from it?

Join us on Thursday, May 7, 2015, at 11:30 p.m. Central Time for a webinar to learn more about mobile trends and their growing impact on healthcare.

Greenway Healthcare Solutions Ranks No. 1 in Black Book Rankings

5th / August / 2013

EHR Satisfaction Survey

After more than 3,400 surveys evaluating over 500 vendors, Greenway has been ranked No. 1 by Black Book Rankings in its new EHR satisfaction survey, “2013 State of the Ambulatory Electronic Health Records Replacement Market,” securing the top spot as the best all-around EHR vendor for all practice sizes and specialties.
The first-place ranking means that of all healthcare IT vendors evaluated, Greenway is the one most likely to address providers’ EHR replacement market needs.
“Greenway’s No. 1 ranking, over all other evaluated vendors, is based on its intense focus on customers and its wide-ranging ability to best meet the challenges relevant to today’s physician practices—regardless of size or specialty,” says Doug Brown, Managing Partner, Black Book Market Research LLC.
Black Book Rankings, an impartial, unbiased source for polling and market research, will release the results of its survey on Tuesday.
“This is a remarkable achievement made possible by our relentless focus on our customers,” says Matt Hawkins, CEO. “Everyone at Greenway should be proud of these results. We are building our company around a core set of values that reflect a deep commitment to our customers in everything we do - from delivering innovative, easy-to-use solutions to serving customers using those solutions. Our dedication, professionalism, and energetic efforts clearly make a difference. Black Book’s ranking of Greenway validates our daily efforts to be the best!”
Greenway scored the highest overall satisfaction ratings across all practices sizes and all specialties in the areas of physician productivity, practice satisfaction, user satisfaction, Meaningful Use attestations, interoperability and evidence of e-prescribing certifications.
The first-place ranking is based on seven different Black Book polls conducted throughout 2013, as well as more than 500 telephone surveys and 2,900 online surveys. In total, the survey evaluated 527 vendors.
Look for our press release tomorrow. In the meantime, view the Black Book Summary rankings here.

Why is this great news?

• It confirms Greenway is a recognized leader in the PM/EHR market, as determined through an impartial, independent survey of physician practices on a wide range of areas, from user satisfaction to Meaningful Use attestation.
• It shows how actual users of our PM and EHR solutions are highly satisfied with them, specifically with their ease of use, practice productivity, Meaningful Use attestations, interoperability and e-prescribing capabilities.
• It proves we are the vendor most likely to address providers’ EHR replacement market needs as they consider switching to a more capable, better-supported EHR system.
• It demonstrates that at a time of reported dissatisfaction among practices with their EHR systems, Greenway is anchored in the marketplace, here for the long run, and able to continually provide solutions that users rank as the best available when it comes to meeting their needs around running their practices and earning Meaningful Use incentives.
